Build Something That Actually Matters
We're not here to sell magic formulas. We work with Australian businesses on the stuff that actually moves numbers — pricing structures, revenue models, financial planning that holds up when things get messy. And we're looking for people who get that it's about solving real problems, not just running spreadsheets.
Talk to Us About OpportunitiesHow We Got Here
Started small in 2019. Three of us working out of a shared office in Canberra, mostly helping local businesses figure out their pricing.
It grew because we focused on one thing — making the numbers work for real businesses, not textbook cases.
The Beginning
Started with three consultants and a handful of ACT clients. Our first year was mostly learning what didn't work. Turned out businesses needed less theory and more practical help with their actual revenue problems.
Expanding the Team
Brought on two more analysts. Started working with businesses across New South Wales and Victoria. We developed a few frameworks that year that we still use — nothing fancy, just systematic ways to look at pricing and cost structures.
Building Depth
Added specialists in subscription models and service pricing. Started seeing patterns across different sectors. The work got more interesting because we could bring insights from one industry to solve problems in another.
Current State
Team of twelve now. Working with businesses from retail to professional services. We've learned a lot about what actually works when you're trying to build a sustainable business model in the Australian market.
What's Next
Looking to grow carefully. We want people who care about doing solid work more than chasing trends. There's plenty of demand for honest financial strategy — the challenge is doing it well.
People Who Actually Do This Work
Not going to pretend everyone here is a genius. We've got smart people who care about getting it right. That's what matters when you're helping businesses with their financial decisions.

Torben Ljungqvist
Worked in corporate finance for eight years before joining us. Specializes in subscription pricing models. He's the person who usually spots the revenue leaks everyone else misses.
Torben's good at translating complex financial concepts into something business owners can actually use. He tends to ask uncomfortable questions that need asking.

Kasper Waldemarsen
Started his own business twice. The first one failed, the second one he sold. Now he helps other businesses figure out their revenue strategies based on what he learned the hard way.
Kasper focuses on service businesses and professional practices. His approach is practical — he's more interested in what works than what sounds impressive.
What Actually Matters Here
- We care about getting the analysis right, even when it takes longer than expected. Clients depend on this stuff.
- Everyone here learns constantly. The businesses we work with face different challenges, which means we're always figuring out new approaches.
- We don't oversell or make promises we can't keep. If something won't work for a client, we say so.
- The team supports each other. When someone's stuck on a tricky pricing problem, others jump in to help think it through.
- We value clear thinking over impressive jargon. If you can't explain something simply, you probably don't understand it well enough.
- Work-life balance matters. Burnout helps nobody, and good financial analysis requires a clear head.
